New Day Program Building for adults with disabilities.
Design Build of 8900 sq ft building which included 3 commercial teaching kitchens, gym and fitness room, cloak room, open flex space, offices, arts and crafts room, literacy spaces, sensory rooms, grooming room.
Swan River Primary Care Clinic
Design Build delivery method. Complete renovation of existing structure to create a 5950 sq ft Primary Health Care Clinic.
Holland Child Care Centre
Construction of a new 2520 sq ft childcare centre and landscaped play area.
Morden Parks Shop
Construction of new parks department shop
Ste Rose Primary Health Care Centre
Design Build delivery method. Partial demolition of existing health care centre and new construction of a 8650 sq ft primary health care facility.
